By accessing or using LexFlexer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Gorgeous Games Ltd (Company No. 13214522), 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX ("we", "us", "our").

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

LexFlexer is a vocabulary and spelling learning platform. The Service currently includes:

• Spelling, definition, and vocabulary tests
• Word games (crosswords, word match, word search, and more)
• Personal progress tracking and mastery scoring
• Custom word lists and marketplace
• AI-generated word enrichment (definitions, examples, etymology)
• Audio pronunciation playback

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

LexFlexer is currently free to use. We may introduce paid plans or premium features in the future. If we do:

• Free features will remain available — we will not remove functionality you currently use for free
• Paid features will be clearly labelled before purchase
• We will provide reasonable notice before any pricing changes affect existing users

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service

The LexFlexer platform, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is owned by Gorgeous Games Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.

Word definitions, examples, and enrichment content may be generated using AI tools. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. We do not claim ownership of publicly available dictionary definitions or quotes attributed to their original authors.

User-created word lists remain your property. By creating a public or marketplace list, you grant us a licence to display it to other users of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• The content (including AI-generated definitions) will be accurate or complete
• The Service will meet your specific learning requirements

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gorgeous Games Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £0 if you are using the free tier).

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or if required by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination where possible.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
